Using a variety of instruments generating unique sounds and frequencies, Jay will conduct a rich Sound Bath where Sonic Waterfalls, Ocean Drum, Crystal Bowls, Handpan Drum, and many more instruments will resonate through the body on a cellular level.

This experience is known to activate the rest and restore mode in the parasympathetic nervous system, priming you for maximum health benefits, and enhanced overall well-being.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow, blankets and whatever you need to make yourself comfortable!

This is a group session so there can be some unpredictability. There may be some noises/disruptions that could be distracting for first-time folks without some meditation and sound experience.
