Going (Y)inward with Yin Yoga, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra

As the last day of daylight savings time, we are embracing going (Y)inward for the shorter days ahead...

Starting with Yin practice enabling you to release long held tension while basking in the blissful soundscape of the Crystal Bowls and other sound healing instruments taking you deeper into a state of relaxation and ending with a Yoga Nidra practice guiding you further into a state of deep rest. Pure bliss!

Previous experience with Yin Yoga is recommended as well as a light meal before the practice. If you tend to get cold easily, bring a sweater with you and cozy socks.

For this Speciality Class, please bring:

*Refillable water bottle
*bolster (pillows can be used too if you do not have a bolster)
*blankets (one for the head, one to cover the body)
*eye pillow and
*pillow for a head if desired
*socks
