School's Out! Family Day!

Celebrate the start of summer with a fun filled day at the CEC! Enjoy guided activities in the morning including an awesome nature hike and a meet and greet with the animals. The hike will take you around the green trail and you’ll learn about awesome and wacky things that are happening in nature during the summer season. On the guided animal encounter, meet our chickens, goats, and even hold a cockroach if you dare!

Bring and enjoy a picnic lunch and then, in the afternoon, participate in a variety of drop-in activities with CEC staff that you and your family can visit at your own pace. These include catching insects in the butterfly garden, exploring the pond, visiting the coloring station, playing in the natural play area, and exploring more of the grounds.

We will end the afternoon with prayer in the chapel, thanking God for a great day and all of the goodness that awaits us this summer!

This is not a drop-off event.
