The Joining Community Forces Council returns on Friday July 11, 2025 hosted by Our Veterans First and Heartland Canines for Veterans at the Neosho Newton County Library in Neosho, MO. Thank you to the officers and members of the Neosho American Legion Post 163 for making these arrangements so we can reach out to our Newton County Veterans! We will plan to start promptly at 11:00 and move into our networking, events and guest speakers.
The Joining Community Forces mission is to maximize the impact of community resources to veteran, military members, and families in order to build resilience and foster a community network that is relevant and sustainable both now and into the future. This is an endeavor of local nonprofit organizations to bring together service providers, Veteran Service Organizations, faith-based organizations, private entities, government agencies and others that support serving military, veterans and family members. The goal of JCF is to create a community centered solution, whereby national, regional, state, and local entities can partner and exponentially impact the communities in which they live.
