Would you like to deeply relax and feel more balanced? Join Jamila Knopp for a wonderful 60-minute sound relaxation session with crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, drums, and a Mexican rain stick—an experience that may help you relax and rebalance.
During the sound relaxation, you can sit or lie down comfortably and allow the vibrations of the bowls to wash over you. She will guide you and create a safe and nurturing space to fully relax and enjoy the benefits of the crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring one or two yoga mats or a softer camping mattress, which is ideal. Also, bring a blanket and maybe a cushion for your head—anything to keep you warm and comfortable.
