Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled experience at the Shoe Clinic MTB Duathlon Race 2, now taking the excitement to Cable Bay Adventure Park. Join us for another thrilling day of mountain biking (this will be an easy, non-technical course) and trail running in this picturesque setting. Both long and short distance options are available as well as a free short race for the kids U12 who just want to have a go. For those who took part in the first race, at Rabbit Island, and take part in this 2nd race will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a Brook shoes gift voucher at The Shoe Clinic.
Race Day Schedule:
9:00 am Registration and bike racking opens
9:30 am **Kids race starts
9.45 am Check-in closes. No late check-ins or entries
9:50 am Race briefing (ALL competitors MUST attend the race briefing!)
10:00 am Race Start
Race Options:
*Long – 3km run / 16 km bike / 3 km run
*Short – 1.5 run / 8km bike / 1.5 km run
The bike course is suitable for all MTB, Gravel Bikes and Electric MTB’s.

**Kids race (under 12) 9:30 start– run/bike/run course in and around Cable Bay Adventure Park. This a free race just for the little kids. No need to register for the kids race, just show up before 9:30 and talk to one of the volunteers who will let you know where to set up.
After the race, join us at the café for the prize-giving ceremony, where finger food will be provided by the club to all competitors and supporters. It’s a great opportunity to relax, refuel, and celebrate with your fellow participants.
