An invitation to come together and dance in presence with self and community. Hosted by Monica and DJ’d by Loren du Soleil.
We will open in circle, followed by some gentle guidance to land you in the space, a juicy, free space to move, feel and express yourself. The music will be mainly electronic dance music mixed with some intentional waves to activate different expression, followed by some grounding integration at the end ✨
