As the year draws to a close, this is your invitation to pause — to breathe, to feel, and to honour your journey with presence and compassion.

Soulful Reflections is an early morning session of guided meditation, journaling, and stillness, where you’ll be held in a safe, nurturing space. You will be invited to look back with gratitude and forgiveness, and look ahead with quiet clarity.

Together, we’ll explore:- Reflecting on what shaped and strengthened you this year.- Releasing what no longer serves.- Listening deeply for what wants to grow in the year ahead.
