We are a social club first.
We care about people, the environment and regenerative mindset.
We compost some of our communities food waste while we cultivate friendships and share knowledge.
We would LOVE to welcome you to join us! (tbh we need your help!)

You can help make the composting magic happen by helping to maintain one of our compost hubs at the Nelson Waimarama Community Gardens.

Grab a pitchfork and shovel and jump right in. Mild to moderate physical activities. Yes, you’ll get a little dirty.

No prior experience necessary. With your help we can lessen the amount of greenhouse gas polluting the environment from food waste and make compost to help the community thrive.
