From in this space, you can awaken to your authentic self, connect with other like-minded souls, & heal, let go, or shift the parts within you that are no longer serving you, that you are now aware of.

She is ready to be heard, felt, and loved.
I will provide you with awakening questions to explore within because our mindset and background thoughts are everything.
You are given time to write and reflect on what shows up for you. It is here you can really start to learn yourself, to have space to just go and discover places that you have not yet gone within.
Afterward, we go around and share. Sharing is not mandatory but is extremely healing for both you and the other women in the circle.
It is amazing the things we think we need to go through alone or feel that we are alone in but we don't have to, it is just all you've known.
