This dynamic 1 day massage course with deep tissue hip release, has been specifically designed for existing Massage therapists who are looking to be able to assist their clients with hip alignment and the release of pain through assisted stretching, deep breathing and trigger point release.

Inclusive of clothed assisted stretch options and on table massage techniques with assisted hip stretching being integrated to your table practice.

The hips are quite literally a pivotal part of the human body, pain associated with the hip area can not only be debilitating, it can also cause or be caused by pain above and below the actual pain point. As full body workers and massage therapists we take into account the how, why and where when it comes to specific or associated hip pain.
