Bats Bouncing Back
Bats are amazing animals that make up more than 20% of the world’s mammal diversity! Did you know that Wisconsin is home to eight unique species of bats?

Join Caroline Frantz, Wisconsin Bat Ambassador, for an engaging presentation about your local bats. Hear about how local hibernating populations are showing some promising signs of recovery after dramatic losses from white-nose syndrome, a disease caused by an invasive species. Then take an acoustic walk on the Central Sands Nature Trail.

Meet at the amphitheater for the presentation.
