Sushi 101 Cooking Class

Learn the secret of making sushi rice and the four main styles of sushi rolls: Hosomaki (cucumber), Uramaki (California roll), Temaki (shrimp or tuna), and Kazari Yin & Yang (vegetable/seafood medley). Learn about the history of sushi and fun sushi etiquette. Come hungry!

You will be notified of the supply fee ahead of time, as it is variable depending on the market price for the fresh seafood flown in within days of your class. This cash fee will be payable in class.

$39 + cash supply fee (Notified week prior to class of fee amount)
