Humanities Nebraska: Echoes of an Era presented by Paul Siebert

Join us in the Kimmel Gallery for “Echoes of an Era” presented by Paul Siebert on Thursday, June 5th at 7:00 PM. This program is free and open to the public. No registration. Questions? Call the Library at 402-873-5609.

Using the Nebraska State Seal and Flag as a backdrop, Paul presents a musical living history program of a family’s journey from Russia to Nebraska in the 1870’s. Using original and period music with up to 7 different acoustic instruments, storytelling, personal family history, period costume and extensive knowledge on the subject of Blacksmithing/metallurgy, Paul presents an interactive family centered entertaining program.

Humanities Nebraska (HN) provides major funding for this program. HN receives support from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Nebraska State Legislature, the Nebraska Cultural Endowment, and private donations like MJPL's Harry and Grace Moller Endowment.
