With Wendy Vickery Time Just For you.
I will be holding a safe, gentle and warm healing space, to allow your whole being to release tension, stress and strain from your daily life.
I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using my voice and sacred sounds, where your whole system can reset. Mind, body and soul.
There will be no where for you to go and nothing for you to do, just relax.
In this deep state of relaxation, we can ignite the magnificence of your own rejuvenation system and create the space so that your body can heal itself.
Going into these deep states of conscious rest, it is as beneficial as having 4 hours sleep.
Life can be so busy on times we forget to give healing rest to ourselves, please remember, the more you give to you, the more you can give to everyone around you.

£13.50 per person.
Please bring, yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water. Dress comfortably to completely relax (pj's are totally acceptable )
Please arrive by 5.50pm to get settled in so we can start on time.
