Informational Meeting

🍴👩‍🍳 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗨𝗽 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟰-𝗛? 👨‍🍳🍽️

If your child loves to be in the kitchen or wants to learn how to make tasty meals while understanding how food impacts their body then the 𝟰-𝗛 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 & 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 is for them! 💚

✨ At our 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, youth will explore:

✅ Safe handling of kitchen equipment
✅ How to follow and modify recipes
✅ Nutrition and healthy eating habits
✅ Plating and presentation
✅ Budgeting and cost analysis
✅ And so much more!

This hands-on project teaches more than just cooking—our 4-H'ers will grow in:
🔹 Creativity
🔹 Teamwork
🔹 Critical thinking
🔹 Responsibility
🔹 Problem-solving
🔹 Self-worth

👩‍🍳 Youth will also get a taste of career paths like:

* Chef or Baker
* Business Owner (yes, even online!)
* Dietitian/Nutritionist
* Family & Consumer Sciences Teacher
* Cake Decorator 🎂

Whether they’re whipping up a snack or planning a full meal, this project is full of life skills they’ll carry for years to come.
