Learn all about the mead-making process with Jeff, our owner and maker here at WildFlyer Mead and Beer Co!



After the guided tour, enjoy a curated flight and small bites tasting. We'll walk you through the tasting notes of each pairing and how to choose the perfect mead to pair with your next dinner party!

Crispy Pork Belly w/Honey Mustard Glaze and Pickled Shallots


3-Baby Outlaw

Shrimp Ceviche Shooter w/Citrus, Ginger, and Cilantro

Peach and Brown Butter Blondies w/Honey Glaze
