Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation where you can float in a silk hammock or ground yourself on the mat with supportive props — the choice is yours. Simply text us after booking if you prefer to be grounded on a mat so we can prepare your sacred space in advance.

This experience is designed for every body and is especially beneficial for those navigating stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or emotional fatigue.
💫 During this session, you will remain in savasana as the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls gently wash over you. Each bowl is tuned to the seven energy centers of the body, creating a powerful alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
