Open to Women & LGBTQIA+
Most of us know how to give.
But receiving? That’s where it gets tender. Vulnerable.
To receive support. Compliments. Space. Beauty. Love. Care.
To receive without shrinking, apologizing, or giving something back immediately.
Receiving is a practice.
A somatic one.
And it’s sacred.
Welcome to an intimate cozy space to let your truth move through breath, movement, reflection, and expression.
Come as you are: messy, soft, wild, curious.

What if your truth didn’t have to stay quiet?
The Art of Receiving ritual is a guided embodiment experience that opens the door to greater self-trust, permission, and authentic connection. You’ll be invited to unwind the body and nervous system with movement, breath, and consent practices, then co-create a intentional container where select participant with a desire or need for expression will have a designated space to witness and supported by the group.
For a few spacious minutes, you get to ask for what you want:
• to be witnessed in a sensation or emotion (because feeling it supports healing it)
• to receive grounding touch or compression (supporting nervous system regulation)
• to be affirmed or adored with words (to practice filling your cup)
• to feel held, or seen for your unique experience
• or explore what receiving this kind of attuned care even looks like
Giving is always optional.
Receiving is a sacred practice.
Witnessing is welcome.
