Through gentle movement, music, and guided somatic exploration, we’ll create a space to fully embrace the cocoon energy: letting go of self-criticism, softening into the present moment, and noticing the subtle energies that glows beneath.

Savor the music, breath, and your body’s truth.

Bring your curiosity and a willingness to move in whatever way feels right, which may means slow, tender, or curled-in movement. 

Together, we’ll honor the edginess, softness, and depth of winter’s embrace.
