Pitcher/Catcher Arm Care and Throwing

🚨🚨PITCHERS AND CATCHERS🚨🚨

This one is for yall!!! This throwing and arm care clinic will be hosted by myself and VQ Training! Join us for 2 hours of arm care and throwing breakdown including position specific application. Pitchers will also get the opportunity to work on the natural mechanics of internal rotation (loose whip). Cost is $120 per athlete.
