Yoga Movement for You and Baby @ BUMP CITY Nashville

In this special pop up class led by of the Golden Mom Nashville, caregivers will move with their baby through gentle yoga movements to build connection.

Sarah will also guide participants in breathing exercises and co-regulation strategies to take off the mat into the busy and easeful days of parenthood. This class is baby led meaning if baby needs a feeding, diaper change, clothing change, this is ok and expected :) Come as you are, all are welcome. 

Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring a blanket to lay over the yoga mat for your baby.

Sarah is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and licensed occupational therapist. Together with her little one she created Golden Mom Nashville a community connection for caregivers of littles in Nashville celebrating Golden MOMents.

Class is $18 per family. Please RSVP below to save your spot as there is limited capacity.
