Somatic Sunday

Somatic Sunday, led by Awno Ka, has returned. We are excited to get back to the soul healing business of DANCE.
Somatic Sunday is a monthly gathering focused on bringing health to our souls through Dance, Community, and yummy snacks.
The last Sunday of every month we will come together to let all cares and concerns take a back seat, allowing our souls to flow freely on an ocean of rhythms curated for the express purpose of taking us on a SOUL cleansing journey. Inspiring us to move through any and all stuck emotion and to simply celebrate the awesomeness that is incarnate life.
How we Flow:
1 - 1:20 Opening Circle
1:20 - 1:30 Warm-up
1:30 - 2:40 Dance*
2:40 - 3:00 Closing Circle
Although we officially end at 3p we have an hour to relax, eat, and get to know one another. So, please bring a snack to share if you are so inspired.
