Come DESTRESS & join us in the studio for a relaxing community gathering.

AcuDetox is a 5-point ear acupuncture technique that helps detoxify the body, calm the mind, and support addiction recovery, trauma healing, and emotional balance.

Feel free to bring your own Yoga mat or barrow one. I also have chairs if you prefer.

Please bring a water, I will have tea and chocolates.

Stay at home mommy's you are welcome to bring your kiddos, there is a separate room the kids can play in and I will put your needles or seeds in and supervise them, while you relax and take some time to yourself.
