This market-fresh dish features heirloom tomatoes , crisp cucumbers, and zucchini from Sprouting Dreams Farm, curly kale, Italian parsley, and garlic scapes from Willow Wisp Organic Farm, chickpeas, and toasted pumpkin seeds — all tossed with protein-rich quinoa and a bright, zesty dressing. Light, nourishing, and full of flavor — the perfect way to celebrate the best of the season.
