Fresh, crispy romaine lettuce with sun-dried cranberries and walnuts, tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and topped with gorgonzola cheese.
Second Course (Choose One)
Build Your Own Poke Bowl – $28.95
Step 1: Choose (1) rice: white or brown.
Step 2: Choose (3) Asian fusion ingredients: cucumber, avocado, seaweed, pineapple, edamame, shredded carrots, asparagus, jalapeño.
Step 3: Choose (2) proteins: maguro (tuna), ebi (shrimp), sake (salmon), tako (octopus), masago (roe), escolar (white tuna), hamachi (yellowtail), tamago (egg), unagi (eel), kanikama (crab), or spicy tuna.
