Inside-out seaweed wrap rolled with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, avocado, and tomato. Topped with prosciutto and torched Parmesan cheese, finished with tobiko and microgreens, drizzled with pesto, and served on a chilled plate with balsamic demi-glace drizzle.

Baked shrimp, crab stick, and mixed seafood served on top of fresh bruschetta baguette slices, finished with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
