Fresh buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, and prosciutto di Parma, topped with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and finished with our homemade balsamic reduction.
Grilled Caesar Salad – $16.95
Fresh romaine grilled with olive oil, served with cherry tomatoes, croutons, freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and sautéed prosciutto, then tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing.
