Join Pauline Johnson for an easy going and deeply relaxing yoga class every Tuesday night, regardless of your skill level!!

A slow-paced class designed for those new to yoga and those looking for a gentle experience. Together we will warm up our bodies with gentle movement, relaxing pauses, and plenty of prompts to connect our mind and body.
