Fun, mindful movement "Not Yoga" class from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

Enjoy healthy pain-free movement with verbally-guided mindful mobility classes. Different from your average exercise class, we focus on using your body AND your brain to retrain better movement habits. Plus you don't have to strain yourself into weird positions to watch, just listen and follow along.

You will discover how to get rid of tension, pain and discomfort, leaving you feeling restored, youthful and amazing!

You always work at your own level of comfort. There's no sweat, force or effort involved. We operate on a "No Pain, More Gain" approach.

If you miss a class you can either make it up at another class time during the same term or you can request an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home during the term.

$65 for 4 classes. Casual rate available.
