Mass Cold Plunge - Solar Eclipse event!

Join us for an amazing opportunity to witness a once in a decade moment of a partial Solar Eclipse this coming Monday 21st of September. What makes this even more special is that it's peak is at our usual cold plunge time of 7am!

Help us grow our numbers to 100+ this time!

Our team at CrossFit Napier usually run on Wednesday's and Friday's but we do not want to miss this one!

The activities of the morning:

Meet at the Hardinge Road car park (Hot Chick)

6am - stretch, meet and greet
6:15am - Run or walk (15min out and 15mins back)
7am - MASS cold plunge and peak partial Eclipse viewing
7:15am - Discounted Hot drinks at Milk n Honey
