Warrior Women Self-Defense Program

Warrior Women is an empowerment and self-defense class that is taught by women, for women only. The program consists of two courses. The beginner's session covers:

Avoiding Secondary Locations
Using Your Intuition as an Alarm System
How to Verbally De-escalate Someone
Learn the Secret of Balance and Grip for a Human Being

How to Avoid Being Hit
How to Escape When on the Ground

The cost for this beginner's 8 week session is $175. The next session will start Thursday, May 1, 2025 and run through June 19, 2025. The class is held from 6:00-7:00pm each Thursday.
