Low Back Pain & Pelvic Floor Health with Wren

This is not just for people having babies!

If you experience low back pain or have any pelvic floor health concerns, be sure to attend this special class, which focuses on creating strength and stability in the intrinsic core.

During our 90-minutes together we’ll have a discussion about how low back pain & pelvic floor health are connected, learn about the anatomy of the physical and subtle body related to these issues, and then we’ll get up and move, breathe, and flow together in what I call a “floor/core” focused yoga practice that will help you access your intrinsic core and pelvic floor muscles (bye-bye low back pain!).
