Sound Bath Event - Yoga West in Napa

Join Tam and Dorene on a sensual journey to your soul.

Currently in training with Gong Master Wayne Marto, we offer a symphony of healing gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and rain sticks.

The session will begin with a brief discussion of the physiological benefits of sound healing followed by somatic breath work intuitively guided by the gongs, our true and masterful teachers. The sound journey will last just over an hour, allowing time for your body and soul to realign with your parasympathetic nervous system where you can rest, restore and heal.
