Join us for the next Self Care Circle on Wednesday, June 11th, from 6:30–8:30 PM at Triple Moon (76 Bastion St, Nanaimo, BC). This month’s gathering features special guest Sakura Rose, who will guide us through womb healing and embodiment practices to help reconnect with the deeper wisdom of the body. The evening will include gentle movement, guided meditation, reflective journaling, connection and sacred space for personal and collective healing. These circles offer a nurturing environment for grounding, inner alignment, and meaningful self-connection within a supportive community.
