Nanaimo Mama's Healing Circle

This event is for mothers local to Nanaimo and the surrounding areas. This group is not exclusive to first-time mothers and does not discriminate based on the age of your children. If you are a mother of any sort, you are welcome!

This healing circle is a gathering place for mothers to connect with one another authentically, share experiences, and source resources for the purpose of cultivating in-person community while navigating motherhood. The mental, emotional, and spiritual health benefits of connecting in-person with like-minded individuals is unparalleled. Creating connection through community at any stage of life is important, but while navigating the experience of motherhood, its necessity is highlighted even more!

Facilitated by Jessica MacKay, Registered Clinical Counsellor, this group is designed as a space for you to feel supported and cherished simply for who you are. Attendees do not need to bring anything but themselves.
