Youth Baseball Arm Care Seminar

During the seminar we will discuss the rapid rising rates in arm injuries within youth and high school baseball athletes, along with the identification of primary pain sources. We will analyze workload management strategies and effective methods for structuring dose throwing routines during both the competitive season and off-season to maximize athlete well-being. We will also discuss the importance of targeted strength training and refined throwing mechanics as key factors in reducing injury risk and enhancing athletic performance. Finally, we will outline clear guidelines on when seeking professional guidance from a physical therapist is most appropriate.
