Tasmanian alt-rock/grunge outfit PowderKeg are set to erupt onto the national stage with their debut EP, launching their first headline tour, 'Shed Noise', this winter. A raw, riff-heavy collection, the EP captures the chaos and defiance of growing up loud and unfiltered.
Following a breakout year that’s seen them tear up stages at Party In The Paddock, Forth Pub, and Great Escape, PowderKeg are now taking their high-octane sound on the road. Blending classic Aussie surf rock with the punch of '90s grunge and a whole lot of Tasmanian grit.
Known for crowd favourites like "STOMP" and "Kingdom", the band’s new material hits harder and digs deeper, touching on themes of disconnection, frustration, and identity.
