ABOUT VANESSA DENISE:
Denise is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and holistic practitioner. Her background comes from both clinical and holistic therapy, with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, and somatic psychotherapy for complex trauma.
She began her Yoga journey in Rishikesh, India, studying Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, and later expanded her training into Kundalini and Kriya Yoga. She is also a Reiki and sound therapist.
Denise offers weekly Trauma Informed Yoga classes that combines vagus nerve stimulating asanas, sound therapy, and guided hypnotherapy to support deep relaxation and subconscious reprogramming.
