Satyen Rajani — Founder of SĀT Wellness
Satyen is a wellness facilitator with over 23 years of experience in personal growth, breathwork and mind-body practices. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern insights to help people feel more energised, connected and alive.
Through his signature method, The Ukābrā Way, Satyen guides participants to shift their inner state, gently and powerful, using accessible tools like breath, rhythm and mindfulness. Alongside the practices, he shares timeless wisdom about life and the mind in a way that is clear, relatable and easy to apply.�
