Two Sides and Beyond – An Experiential Introduction to Process Work &
Polarities
In our lives – through relationships, personal challenges, or inner conflict – we often encounter polarities:
opposing thoughts, emotions, or positions. Most of the time, we align with just one side—our side—without
pausing to explore the other.
But what if understanding the “other side” holds hidden insight, untapped potential, or even the key to
transformation?
Process Work, developed by Arnold Mindell, is a powerful method that helps us uncover the wisdom and energy
within these polarities. By engaging with both sides of a polarity, we open ourselves to deeper understanding,
personal growth, and meaningful change.
You’re warmly invited to this interactive try-out session on Wednesday, August 6th, co-hosted by:
•
Stephanie Bachmair, founder of B.onfire, leadership coach & facilitator, DDI faculty member, and co-founder
Processwork Institute Lithuania
•
Daisy Nduku – Faculty founding member and Co-Director of DDI Kenya
Together, we’ll create a welcoming space to explore how Process Work can help us navigate inner and outer
tensions with more awareness and creativity.
✨ Come curious – leave inspired.
We look forward to discovering with you!
Even as we prepare for the Seminar happening on the 8-10th of August, which is really exciting 🕺, we will have a teaser of what to expect with an info session happening on the 6th of August at The Four Points Sheraton from 06:00 - 08:00 pm
If you're curious about what Process Work is all about, have questions about the seminar, or know someone interested but unsure if this is for you.
Come as you are, and feel free to bring a friend 😊

The Open Forum
The Open Forum on Saturday evening from 6-8 pm(August 9th) will take the format of a fishbowl discussion, where we gather for open and inclusive conversations around the topic of intergenerational conflicts.
We’ll be diving into some of the underlying dynamics, causes, and triggers of these conflicts, especially those surfacing in current times. It's an invitation to slow down, listen deeply across generations, and explore new ways of understanding and connecting. This is also an open session abd you can attend and also invite a friend.
If you'd like to sign up for either the two you can do so using the link below:

Please note: Registration will close officially on Wednesday afternoon, 6th August. Signing up earlier helps us with logistics and preparation, so we kindly recommend registering before then.
Looking forward to seeing you there and learning together 💖
NB: The open forum and info sessions are free and open to individuals who'd like to join in. In case of any queries, feel free to reach out via the contacts on the form.
