On July 4th we'll be among other things having a conversation on Healing and picking up the pieces after realising the impact of our childhood traumas on our adult life. We're taught on how to know trauma responses but not what to do.
This book has 3 key audiences;
Parents to identify their own traumas,inadequacies and overcompensated tendencies so as not to pass them to their children,
Teachers; having been in the field for some time I learnt the need for teachers to parent students before they cabeefectively impact them
Leaders or people in leadership roles who have to bear the weight of others people's normalised behaviour and at times do not know how to connect with them inorder to help if they need to or lead where they're expected to.
