Come join us for this Indian Inspired dinner. Why order Take Out? Now you can create this delicious Indian Inspired meal in your own home kitchen. Start off with an Indian street food snack: spiced chickpea chaat cups. Followed by the vibrant flavorful spiced moist butter chicken, garlic cilantro naan bread: a traditional bread served at most Indian meals, accompanied with basmati rice flavored with cumin and end the meal with a lite and refreshing mango mousse with spiced candied pistachios.

At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If, in order to save time, Chef Amanda has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time, she will be sure to explain the process to all. All recipes will be provided to every participant.
**Complimentary wine tasting will be provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own beverages (BYOB).**
