Intro to Ashtanga course
A 4 week series breaking down the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. Beginner friendly.
Each week will focus on the poses step by step, safe alignment in the pose, and how to make the postures most accessible for you. We will work together to give you the tools like pranayama, stretches, and strength drills to have a good foundation to start your practice on, or keep building on what you already have!
Week one we’ll cover Sun Salutations and the standing poses.
Week two we dive into the seated postures and transitions.
Week three is all about backbends, inversions and the closing sequence.
Week four will tie it all together and practice the primary series, Led style. I will guide you through the entire primary series as a group!
