Trini Foundation Donation class

Join Shanti Yoga for a rigorous vinyasa class, including breathwork and guided meditation.

All levels are welcome! Class will absolutely be challenging, but modifications are offered for all different levels. Beginners will be supported and guided, while experienced students are encouraged to fly.

This is a donation based class, suggested donation is $10, please give what you can. All proceeds will benefit the Trini Foundation. Trini Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to helping people with substance use disorder find long-term recovery by building environments of physical, mental, and spiritual support through integrating recovery services with Ashtanga yoga and mindfulness practices. Trini has already funded 352 yoga tuition scholarships this year, and aids over 9,000 participants nationwide.

Class will be followed by guided meditation!
