class designed to deepen connection through playful partner poses, synchronized breathwork,
and gentle vinyasa sequences.

This special session includes soothing sound healing and “love
transmissions” during savasana and intentional moments to share gratitude and positive energy
with your bestie.

Come flow, laugh, and uplift each other in a space filled with joy, presence, and
support. Don’t forget to capture the moment with one of your BFFs – photos will be taken to
commemorate this special day!
