CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course

The Level 1 Certificate Course introduces CrossFit's foundational methodology and movements. The course includes lectures, movement sessions, and workouts. These elements enable participants to apply CrossFit for personal use and in training others. The course ends with an optional written test with 55 multiple-choice questions.
