Memorial Day- MURPH

Please join us at CrossFit Myrtle Beach for our Memorial Day MURPH to honor Navy SEAL Officer Lt. Michael Murphy and all veteran heroes who have served our country.

CFMB Member/Drop-in Cost:
$25

All proceeds will be donated to the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center.

The mission of the VWHRC is to end veteran homelessness. They assist our local honorably discharged veterans with job placement, filing claims with the Veterans Administration, help those veterans who find themselves in deep financial difficulty, and to temporarily shelter those veterans who are homeless until permanent housing can be secured. The VWHRC also operates the Hutton House in Little River and the Tiny Home Village in Myrtle Beach.

Heat times will start at 8:00am and run every 30 minutes. The last heat time will be at 11:00am.
