Christmas Penny Rug Class

A "penny rug" is a decorative mat or rug made from fabric scraps cut into coin-sized circles, typically using an actual penny as a template, and then stitched together, often using a blanket stitch.

These rugs were historically made by thrifty homemakers using recycled wool from old clothing, creating a rustic, layered design with different sized circles sewn on top of each other.

Class costs $45

Maximum of 12 students
Please come dressed weather appropriate.
