Hutte de Sudation, célébration du solstice d'été
Rituel de purification ancestral qui nous permet de nous purifier (physiquement, mentalement, émotionnellement, spirituellement), nous reconnecter aux éléments (air, feu, eau, terre) et à nos guides, et ainsi de renaître à nous même.
Tenue appropriée : maillot/short de bain pour les hommes, maillot/short de bain/robe/paréo pour les femmes.
Le nombre de places est limité. Participation pour la journée : 50 euros + don en conscience.
